Nicholas J. Kuntz
Nicholas Kuntz has experience assisting clients in business, real estate, construction, trust, estate, probate, and civil litigation matters.
Nick is a native Minnesotan raised in Arizona. Prior to joining Evans Dukarich, Nick was a successful professional in the construction industry. His work on numerous successful projects throughout the western U.S. propelled him to launch his own consulting firm. While managing his fledgling business, he put himself through college and law school.
Nick earned his J.D. in 2019 from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While there, he served as a teaching assistant for Professional Responsibility, the law school’s legal ethics class. His most meaningful time was volunteering at the Arizona Legal Center, providing free legal services to the local community. Nick received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law and graduated with Highest Pro Bono Distinction honors.
When away from the office, Nick and his wife enjoy hiking, camping, and exploring the Southwest. Nick is a history enthusiast, an avid sports fan, and a terrible guitar player.
