Michael D. Malin

Michael Malin has experience representing clients in civil litigation matters in the probate, business law, and personal injury areas.

Michael is a Phoenix native who grew up in south Scottsdale and received his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Before becoming a lawyer, he was a software developer and worked for startups in Los Angeles and Miami, creating some of the first-ever apps sold on the iPhone and iPad App Store.

When he decided to leave the tech world and pursue a career in the law, Michael returned to Arizona State University and attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he served as co-editor-in-chief of the The Law Journal for Social Justice and graduated magna cum laude in 2013.

Michael is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona.

In his time outside the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, riding his bicycle, and playing guitar when his children permit it.
